pip install opencv-python 後無法 import cv2

出現  ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found. 

WIndows 10 上該如何解決這問題呢?

  哈囉，我從 opencv-python Github issue #181 找到解決方法。  

  
  

  透過 Dependencies 檢查發現缺少 MFPlat.dll、MF.dll、MFReadWrite.dll  

  
  

  解決步驟:  

  1. 安裝 Windows 的 media feature pack. (安裝方法從系統設定 Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional Features > Add a Feature 中找到 Media Feature Pack) ref: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4516397/media-feature-pack-for-windows-10-n-november-2019
